This Privacy Policy explains how Sini Spoof collects, uses and protects personal data in connection with services such as singing lessons, voice and performance coaching, voice over and voice acting work, studio vocals and live performances.

2. What data do I collect?

I only collect data that is necessary to provide services and to keep in touch with you. This may include:

  • name

  • email address

  • phone number

  • any additional information you provide yourself (e.g. your experience in singing / performing, your wishes regarding lessons or projects)

  • billing and payment information if we enter into a paid agreement
     

Through the website I may also receive technical information, such as:

  • IP address

  • browser type and device information

  • information about how you use the site (e.g. pages viewed, visit duration)

This information is used to improve the functionality, security and analytics of the website.
 

3. For what purposes do I use the data?

I use personal data for the following purposes:

  • communication (e.g. responding to contact requests, scheduling lessons)

  • organising teaching and coaching (singing lessons, voice and performance coaching)

  • delivering voice over, voice acting and other performance services

  • managing contracts and orders (e.g. invoicing, payments, sending receipts)

  • improving services and the website

  • marketing, newsletters and updates, if you have given your consent
     

4. Where does the data come from?

I usually receive your data directly from you, for example:

  • via contact form or email

  • when you book a lesson or order a course/service

  • by phone or message (e.g. WhatsApp)

Technical site data (IP, browser info etc.) is collected automatically through the website and possible analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics).
 

5. To whom is the data disclosed?

I do not sell or disclose your data to third parties except in the following situations:

  • I use trusted service providers (e.g. online course platforms, online payment services, email services) that process data only according to our agreement and in compliance with data protection regulations

  • if required by law or authorities (e.g. official requests, accounting obligations)

Data is not normally transferred outside the EU or EEA, unless this is technically necessary for providing the service (e.g. server or platform located outside the EU). In such cases I ensure that data protection is at an adequate level (e.g. EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
 

6. How long is the data stored?

I store personal data only as long as necessary for:

  • providing the service

  • maintaining the customer relationship

  • fulfilling legal obligations (e.g. accounting law)

After that, data is regularly deleted or anonymised.
 

7. What are your rights?

You have the right to:

  • know what data is stored about you

  • request the correction of inaccurate or outdated data

  • in certain cases, request the deletion of your data (“right to be forgotten”)

  • in certain cases, restrict the processing of your data

  • withdraw your consent to marketing (e.g. newsletters) at any time

In some teaching situations, performances or coaching sessions I may ask for a separate consent for audio or video recordings. Recordings may be used for example:

  • to support the student’s own learning process

  • to document performances

  • to create marketing material, only if separate consent has been given for this

Consent is always requested separately and will explain:

  • for what purpose the recordings are used

  • where they may be shown

  • how long they will be stored

11. Client responsibility and disclaimer

Each participant performs the exercises taught in my services (lessons, coaching, workshops and online courses) at their own risk. I am not liable for any direct or indirect damage, injury, illness or accident that may occur to participants.

The services and exercises are not designed to diagnose or treat physical or mental illnesses, but to support vocal technique and overall wellbeing. If you are unsure whether certain voice, body care or meditation exercises are suitable for you, please consult a doctor or other healthcare professional before using the services.

You are solely responsible for your own decisions, actions and results. By using my services (e.g. websites, online courses and coaching), you agree not to hold me liable for such decisions, actions or results under any circumstances, unless required by mandatory law.

While I do my best to ensure that the information provided in my services is accurate and up‑to‑date, I do not guarantee that all material, content, products or services shown are completely accurate, complete or suitable for every situation.
 

12. Copyright and use of materials

All teaching materials, exercises, videos, audio recordings, texts and other content provided in my services (such as online courses, lessons and coaching) are protected by copyright. All rights to the content belong to Sing with Sini / Sini Spoof and its partners.

Without my prior written consent, the client may not:

  • copy, save, share, transfer or publicly display any teaching material

  • modify, translate or use the material in their own services

  • record, film or publish lessons, exercises or online course content (e.g. on social media)

The client has no right, except as expressly agreed, to use, publicly perform, copy, modify, sublicense or otherwise distribute the service or any material contained in the service. The client may not transfer their rights or obligations to a third party without my prior written consent. Any transfer or assignment made without such consent is void.
 

13. Limitation of liability

The liability of Sing with Sini / Sini Spoof is limited to the amount the client has paid for the specific service, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection law. These terms do not limit the rights of consumer clients under applicable consumer protection legislation.
